延期居留许可材料清单

Documents needed for extending Residence Permit

1.Application form with photo (passport size photo, white background, taken within 6 months)

2. Official University letter

3.passport and Copy of all passport pages expect blank pages

4. A personal information form in Chinese

5. Foreigner’s work permit card and copy (both front and back pages on a sheet of paper ) And please scan the QR code in the lower right corner and print out all the information.

6. Residence registration form and scan the QR code then print the information

7. Debit card of credit card (union pay)(800RMB for one year, 400RMB less than one year, 20RMB for mail -cash)

延期居留许可需要材料：

1.带照片的申请表（照片为二寸免冠白底）

2.学校出具的公函

3.护照原件及所有非空白页的复印件

4.法律宣传单

5.外国人工作许可证原件及正反面复印件，同时扫描二维码后将信息打印出来（可利用网页版微信扫描后，右键点击有打印选项）

6.住宿登记单原件及复印件

7.银行卡支付签证费，现金支付邮寄费（一年800元，少于一年400元，20元邮寄费）
